Step 1: connect the generator (see the generator wiring video)

Step 2: connect the power wires (see the power wiring video)

Step 3: fill liquid solution in the inner tank of the machine.

For different stains to be cleaned, we need to fill in with different liquid solutions.         

      Note: The height of the liquid solutions must be at least two-thirds that of the inner tank.

Step 4: turn on the generator.

Note: except for the power switch and power +/-, it is not recommended to adjust other buttons on the generator.

The generator has been debugged and tested before shipment. Adjusting other buttons might make the generator not work properly.

Step 5: set the appropriate temperature according to the properties of the cleaning solution.

      Press the "ON/OFF" button to activate the heating function.

Step 6: set the ultrasonic cleaning time according to your needs.

     The cleaning time for most workpieces is 5-8 minutes

     Press the "On/Off" button to start the ultrasonic function and count down.

     Note: If we set the timer at "99" minutes, the machine will keep working continuously.

Step 7: after cleaning, take out the workpiece.
