1. The transducer is damaged:

Detection and treatment: Use a megger to measure the insulation strength of the transducer. If the insulation strength is below 200MΩ, it cannot be used, and a new transducer must be replaced.


The internal ceramic of the transducer will also crack due to long-term use, making it unable to work properly.


2. The insurance of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is damaged:


If you find that there is no power display or action after turning on the power, first check whether the fuse in the power supply holder is damaged.


Analysis: It is very likely that the user's ground wire is mixed with the live wire or neutral wire and is not grounded (the ground wire of the machine is connected to the machine shell). It is also possible that the ultrasonic cleaning machine has a short circuit fault or the aging of electronic components has caused a short circuit fault. causing insurance damage.


Detection and treatment: Take out the fuse and check to see if there is any rupture. Use a multimeter to measure whether it is disconnected and replace the device.
